Claire Rutherford - Manager
Claire qualified as a NNEB in 1998 and since then has completed her Early Years Foundation degree and BA (Hons) in Education Studies. She has been working with children for over 25 years.
From her first role in a day nursery to her previous job in a school nursery, Claire still finds it exciting to see children develop skills with enthusiasm in all areas of learning. Claire is very happy to be part of the Hyde Heath Preschool team. Claire is the ‘Designated Safeguarding Officer’ for Hyde Heath Preschool.

Sammie Smith - Deputy Pre-school Leader
I am Sammie, I have my level 3 in child development. I have 5 years experience of working in nurseries and 10 years as a Nanny.
Mrs Melissa Woodstock - Pre-School Practitioner
Melissa joined our Pre-School team in September 2022. She is Level 3 qualified and brings a wealth of experience to the Pre-School.
Mrs Pallavi Singh - Pre-School Practitioner
Mrs Singh has a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare. She has worked previously for Hyde Heath Pre-School as bank staff and is now a part time member of staff.
Mrs Paula Weston - Pre-School Practitioner
Mrs Weston has a wealth of experience, from working in schools and day nurseries. She is a part time member of staff and is paediatric first aid trained.
